Hello! Nice to meet you! My name is Amanda, and I am a Registered Dietitian in Nashville, TN. I have a passion for health and food, particularly gluten-free food because my husband and I both have Celiac disease. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease when I was 18, when I met my first dietitian. Although I cannot recall her name, she made such a huge impact on my life by simply making an effort to make gluten-free living easy and attainable. She, and other dietitians I met in the following years, inspired me to become a dietitian so that I may serve my community by helping them live the best life they can through proper nourishment of their bodies. I also love crafting, reading, and perusing Pinterest for more ideas about what to craft and read!
